Fortnite Shop Token Locations and Routes

The Pirate Shop Token does not have a confirmed fixed spawn. The best “location” is a route that produces many eligible chest attempts with little downtime. These locations are based on current creator demonstrations and should be treated as route recommendations, not guaranteed drops.

Best dense POI

Arlong Park

A creator reports up to 17 chests in the main building and more than 40 across the wider POI, plus a nearby vault containing rare and supply chests. Start high and loot downward to reduce backtracking.

Best repeatable pair

Lantern Landing → Plunder Port

Both are repeatedly recommended for concentrated, reliable chest attempts. Use one as the initial landing and rotate to the other if the path and storm allow.

Best continuation

Cursed Cavern

A useful mid- or late-route option with multiple levels and chest clusters. Its vertical layout takes practice, so learn one entrance-to-exit path.

Lower contest

Top-right outer island

Creators demonstrate approximately 10–15+ possible chests across the island route. It can be slower to rotate from, but is attractive for solo players who want fewer opponents taking chests.

Original Fortnite Shop Token route plans

These route plans combine the strongest ideas from current creator demonstrations into three practical options. They optimize chest attempts rather than claiming a guaranteed token spawn.

Maximum volumeArlong Park→Nearby vault→Cursed Cavern

Best for coordinated squads comfortable contesting a dense opening POI.

Balanced rotationLantern Landing→Plunder Port

A compact start followed by a second chest-rich area when the storm path allows.

Lower contestTop-right outer island→Shoreline chests→Safe rotation

Best for solo players who value completing the route over fighting for the densest POI.

How to choose the best route

  1. Prefer chest density over a rumored “lucky” chest.
  2. Use a route you can complete without checking a map every few seconds.
  3. If a popular POI is heavily contested, choose a lower-density route where you can actually open every chest.
  4. In squads, split nearby zones rather than stacking all four players on one building.
  5. Track completed attempts, not matches played.

Do rare chests have better odds?

There is no official evidence that rare chests have a higher Pirate Shop Access probability. Some creator guides favor routes with vaults, but other players report special rewards from normal chests. Open rare chests when convenient; do not spend so long reaching one that you sacrifice several normal-chest attempts.
